The critters and I want you to be happy with your purchase, and decisions regarding exchanges and returns/refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me immediately upon receipt of your package, and I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
The initial cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds.
